As a partner in this program, you make the sale and enter the order into the Covad order-fulfillment system. Covad takes care of the rest. This program maximizes flexibility by allowing you to own and manage the sales process while still leveraging Covad's full-service delivery and support systems.
This program combines the flexibility of a Sales Agent relationship with additional income opportunities from customer support, professional service fees, and equipment sales.
This program is ideally suited for Internet service providers, managed service providers, and security solution specialists that sell a minimum of 50 lines per month, and will market Covad services under their own brand to their existing customer base. Authorized wholesalers act as the primary point of customer contact for all pre- and post-sales support, including order management, customer care, and billing.
